1. Service Delivery Policy

Our services provide private car transfers and chauffeur-driven vehicles. Service details are as follows:

  • Services are provided according to the date, time, and pickup/drop-off locations confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Our driver will arrive at the pickup location in advance to ensure punctual service.
  • For airport transfers, the driver will wait according to the flight information provided by the customer.
  • Travel time and routes may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The company reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle model in case of necessity, ensuring equal or higher service standards.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings may be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • In the event of a no-show or failure to contact the customer at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Any changes to booking details (date, time, route) must be requested in advance and are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

3. Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within the allowed time period.
  • Inability of the company to provide the service as confirmed.
  • Partial refunds may be considered based on the circumstances and actual costs incurred.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take time depending on the payment provider’s processing period.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, road closures, or government restrictions, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel services. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be handled fairly based on the situation.
